MySpace UnRavelled

Monday, December 31st, 2007

By Jeffrey Solochek Twice as many members as Ebay and it is said that a quarter million new accounts are created each and every day. MySpace was originally created for garage bands as a way to network with other bands but this changed quickly as there are now over 10,000 groups each which would cater to a different Genre. I have seen a lot of books out there about this Social Networking phenomenon but most of them are guides for the parents of MySpacers and how they can protect their children. With as many members as there are I am still shocked at the so few of books for this at the local bookstore. Internet marketers are always looking for new ways in which they can target certain groups to try and sell something to. With MySpace this targeting has become much more refined and possible. Every guru out there has this special report on making money with MySpace but the majority of them only tell you how to get maybe 50 new friends each day and if you are trying to build up a network of several thousand this will command a great deal of your little free time that you have. You can buy a MySpace identity on Ebay with 10,000+ friends for like $100+ but you have to be careful with buying these identifies because a lot of them are junk ids that were just created so that someone could sell them. The best ones to look for are the sellers on Ebay who are selling off a personal identity on MySpace. An Identity with a lot of friends that they kept in touch with at least weekly. You could then purchase this ID and start posting messages to your group of friends. After you have resumed the chatter with everybody you could put an affiliate link in your message which is going out to over 10k friends. Imagine the money you could make. Most of these low cost MySpace marketing reports do have some great information but the problem that I found was that they only each tell you a few things and then you have to buy a more expensive product to find out everything else.. I did come across a new Ebook lately that gives you everything you could possible ever need to know. The author does have some software tools that he has created but his book will show you how to do the same marketing even without the automated software.ake from this. There are a lot of software products for people who wish to make money with MySpace but most of them only perform one task. There are no suites that I have found that would keep you from having to have all these separate applications running. The author of this book that I just told you about is actually having a software suite for MySpace marketing specially built which he tells me should be done in the not so distant near future. He is calling his book the MySpaceJobKiller and I have to tell you that I picked up on a lot of great information to help accelerate my own MySpace marketing, Most of the marketing guides that are out there today tell you how to get a lot of friends by joining several groups with large memberships but this guy, Jake, tells you how to get a lot of friends in other ways. He got almost a 1,000 friend requests in less than 24 hours without joining a group or by spamming anybody. Jake tells you about all these little tricks plus he gives you some great coding for you to use. Jake even gives you a lot of great resource links to other sites where you can get a lot of great things for your MySpace profiles. Of all the reports, books, and courses I’ve seen out there none of them are so detailed and cost less than 10 dollars like this one does. I give this book 5 stars. if you want to see Jakes book then all you have to do is add the com ending to MySpaceJobKiller Jeffrey has over 2 decades experience in the business world. When he writes he blends his unique wit and humour into every article which if you rread his blog you can see all of his many works. http://www.nosugarcoating.info Article Source: http://EzineArticles.com/?expert=Jeffrey_Solochek http://EzineArticles.com/?MySpace-UnRavelled&id=473611 buy phentermine without a doctor purchase phentermine best place to buy phentermine phentermine 37.5 mg diet pills

Finding A Car Accident Lawyer

Sunday, December 30th, 2007

By Morgan Hamilton Do you have a car? I’ll bet you do because most Americans love their cars. What would you do if you were driving your car and were in a serious accident that caused extensive damage? Well, based on who is at fault, the insurance companies will more or less be able to replace the car. That’s what you’re paying the big money for. But what happens now to hear the cause of that accident? Or worse, been affected by the accident physically and emotionally? If this is the case then there’s not a whole lot that your insurance company will do for you. But based on the nature and status of the case, a car accident lawyer will be able to help you. Like criminal lawyers specialize in crime, civil lawyers specialize in civic issues and litigation lawyers specialize in litigation, the car accident lawyer is a new breed of lawyer who can help you set the accident right. This is evident when the other motorist is the at fault party ought has poor or no insurance. At such instances, you will need to use the services of a car accident lawyer, who can not only get you adequate money and respite, but will guide you through the mountains of information that make up these situations. I’ll give you an example of something that happened to a family member of my. He was happily driving along when out of the blue, a speeding car jumped the signal and crashed into him. My friend suffered not just concussions and broken ribs, but also had his car nearly totaled. To make things worse, the other driver was just a young kid didn’t have a drivers license or automobile insurance. So, he decided to use the services of a car accident lawyer. This car accident lawyer was good. He actually was able to get my relative some monetary relay, but was also able to negotiate with his insurance company so they would not raise his premiums, seeing as it wasn’t his fault to begin with. Since then, my obviously elated relative has been going around recommending the services of the car accident lawyer to every one he knows. That’s how I heard about the guy and if I needed him I would use him. But remember, like most other legal issues, using the services of a car accident lawyer can prove to be a double edged sword. If you are victorious and that’s fantastic. But if you happen to lose your particular case, remember that you will be on the hook for financial payments rather than the one receiving compensation. So evaluate your chances before you whip out the phone book and ask for a car accident lawyer. Morgan Hamilton offers his findings and insights regarding law information. Control Damaging Power of Depression

Sunday, December 30th, 2007

By Anandrahi JS Bouts of depression is a common phenomenon. Even very happy persons and great saints have to pass through the tides of depression. Static state of anything thing or emotion can be very boring in life. If there is no night how can you enjoy the day? If there is no sorrow in life how can you enjoy fun? So these things are as interrelated as hope and depression. Depression becomes a problem when the period of depression is so long that it starts damaging us physically and mentally. Therefore it is necessary to learn to ride over depression successfully. If an innocent person is kept in the prison for long he may become emotionally shattered. But if he learns to live there he may be able to come out in a very healthy and enlightened state even after ten or twenty years. See the example of Nelson Mandella and scores of others prisoners who spent the golden years of their life in jail but nothing could break them. In the similar way depression can never break you if you learn to manage it well. 1. TRAKE VIGOROUS EXERCISE Whenever you are depressed you must make yourself physically active to use the excess energy of your mind. Feeling of depression releases a negative energy in your mind that weakens your enthusiasm and hope regarding life and work. It also weakens the immune system of your body making it a breeding ground of many diseases. This energy can best be used by some vigorous physical exercise. Do the exercise you like. You may play music or your favourite songs along with it. 2. WANDER WITHOUT AIM Another way to use the negative energy and divert your mind is to wander aimlessly any where. Sit in any local bus or train and go to any direction. Roam in the markets. Sit in any restaurant and eat or drink anything you want. Dont return to home till you are absolutely tired. Be sure that your wallet contains some money. 3. EXPRESS TO A CLOSE FRIEND Discuss your problems to a close friend. Whatever is there in your heart try to bring it out. Sharing a problem to a close friend loses the intensity of negative force. Good friends are able to bring you out of depression. They understand your psychology and your problems. They may come up with some good ideas to help you face your depression in a positive way. 4. TRY TO WRITE RUBBISH Switch on your computer, create a personal file with a password and start writing your feelings. Express the actual feeling, dont hide anything. With a friend you have to be cautious sometimes so that you dont annoy him even unintentionally. But you can pour out your whole heart to the computer and it will never get angry or tired. When you are able to shed away some of your repressed feelings you will feel somewhat relieved. 5. BEGINNING OF A NEW IDEA Never think that every wave of depression is harmful. Sometimes it is the beginning of a big idea or creation. Your mind is busy in finding or creating something new and marvellous. When that period passes the depression starts melting. Your mind starts creating something fantastic which brings new zest and hope. So have confidence that something much better will happen after the tide of depression. So You Want to be a Vegetarian

Saturday, December 29th, 2007

By Ceri Balston I’ve recently heard lots of people telling me how they’d like to try being a vegetarian but either they don’t know where to start or they jumped straight in with admirable enthusiasm but then quickly gave up. I’ve since decided to put together a few tips I’ve learnt myself along my own journey to becoming a vegetarian. I think that one of the craziest things that you can do if you suddenly have a “I’m never going to touch meat again” moment is to do just that. There are a couple of really good reasons for this which if you’ve tried following this lifestyle I think you’ll agree. The first is that your body is used to having meat and once you stop having it you’ll start to crave it. It’s a bit like giving up cigarettes, no matter how long it’s been you’ll still occasionally crave a juicy steak or a bacon sandwich, especially if your nose suddenly picks up the scent! Saying no to these cravings isn’t that easy. The other problem is that it’s a huge lifestyle change - you have to discover a whole load of new recipes, get used to a much more limited choice of options when eating out and make a real nuisance of yourself reminding everyone you eat with that you’ve taken this life changing decision. So my advice is to start slowly on your path to being a vegetarian, take baby steps and pick up the pace and enthusiasm as you get used to it - you’ll find it much easier in the long run. Balance and the road to better health The key is to keep your diet balanced. There’s no use saying to yourself I’m a vegetarian and then surviving on packets of chips and chocolate. If you get it right you should being eating; grains and cereals (wholegrain bread, brown rice, wholewheat pasta, muesli), pulses, nuts and seeds (soya beans, kidney beans, split peas, lentils, almonds, cashews, sesame seeds), plenty of fruit and vegetables and finally dairy or soya products. Becoming a vegetarian, pescatorian (eats fish but no meat), vegan or whatever off-shoot your particular choice is has a huge number of health benefits some of which you’ll notice immediately, others are more subtle and others you won’t notice simple because you’ll live longer. Studies have shown that people following a well-balanced low-fat high-fibre vegetarian diet often have lower incidence of coronary artery disease, hypertension, obesity and some forms of cancer. A vegetarian diet also tends to be lower in total fat, and vegetarians tend to eat proportionally more polyunsaturated fat to saturated fat compared with non-vegetarians (Animal products are the major sources of dietary saturated fat). Eating meat not only makes your body feel lethargic, it has the same effect on your brain. I’ve not only found myself with more energy but I also have a much sunnier disposition - not quite sure what caused that but I’m not complaining. Where to start As I said earlier, don’t try to cut out all meat products all at once. Start by first cutting down on and then cutting out each of the following; red meat (the most unhealthy meat), then chicken and finally fish. It might take you quite a time to work through all these stages so don’t put yourself under any pressure or give yourself deadlines. I was lucky enough to move in with my girlfriend, now wife, who had already given up red meat, and as a consequence I only had a steak and so on if we went out to dinner, this helped me to automatically cut down. That was a couple of years ago now - I still eat a lot of fish but after a decision to cut it out all together I haven’t touched any meat for over a year. Don’t panic if you find yourself having meat cravings and you’re at the stage when you’re trying to completely cut it out. There are some really good meat substitutes out there, if you’re having a craving for a burger for example try a going to Steers and getting one of their Veggie Burgers. It may not be that healthy but it should fix that craving. Not eating meat at home is often the hardest part of your new lifestyle, especially if you live in a household full of carnivores. It’s also difficult to suddenly change your cooking habits. You might suddenly find that the supply of quick and easy recipes that you keep stored away in your brain is suddenly empty of acceptable options. Again there’s no need to panic as there are loads of really fantastic recipes out there to satisfy your appetite. If you search the internet you’ll find an endless list of recipes that you can use and they’re often far easier than meat dishes anyway! There are also loads of fantastic vegetarian cook books full of delicious recipes, why not go and treat yourself to one. Words of warning As you get more into the vegetarian lifestyle you’ll start to become more aware of how widely meat products and derivatives are used. If you’re taking a moral stance on not eating meat you’ll start questioning the place of your favourite leather shoes, handbag, purse or wallet. There are other more subtle inclusions of meat by products, gelatine for example (found in my favourite - profiteroles). If you research too much it is actually quite scary what you need to avoid. My advice to you is to try to initially stay blissfully ignorant and then as you find the vegetarian lifestyle easier make your choices accordingly. Good luck if you’ve decided to make this choice and join the growing ranks of vegetarians around the world. It won’t be easy at first but the longer you stick with it the more you’ll find yourself turning your nose up at the smell of that bacon breakfast. How To Prepare For Post-College Financial Debt

Friday, December 28th, 2007

By Chris Stout Life after college is different. Your progress stops being measured by your successes in the classroom. Your general outlook is still forming, but you are asked to up close shop. You know theres more to learn, but your particular university ride has come to stop. Shortly after you graduate, you feel life someone whos just had a large meal with all the people that you love. Everythings positive and cheery. You are celebrating your achievements, and you feel full Youre content, stuffed and ready to move on. And then you get the bill. If you havent thought about this moment before, then you havent properly prepared yourself for your post-college financial obligations. Here are five suggestions to help you prepare. 1. Start saving early If you dont want to be burden my are the harsh fiscal requirements of college, then you better plan ahead, and start saving money well in advance. Get a high school job and dont spend your earnings. Open a savings account and regularly throw in just a small percentage of your wages. 2. Work while you go to school If you want to soften the economic kick to the stomach known as college, then get a job while your in school. Think about it. College is four years of ridiculous spending on tuition, housing, books, food and fun. You can reduce the burden by bringing in some income. Any income. Work 35 hours a week if you can, or tutor for two hours a month. As you go through college, if you have money coming in, youll have less to payback after you graduate. So although it may seem burdensome to have to balance school work with job work, itll really help you out in the long run. 3. Prepare yourself for a career Start developing focused career interests in college. Explore you your options. Ask questions from your professors and counselors. Visit the career center and research different specialties and salaries. Find a job thatll let you apply your major. Find internships or be an assistant. Secure a job opportunity before you graduate, and youll better equipped to deal with your financial obligations 4. Learn not to live beyond your means Get used to budgeting. Shop for food wisely. Stop spending money on stuff you dont need. Get you to the idea of paying bills on time and accounting for all your expenditures. If you can control your spending in college, and live within your means, you will be prepared to deal with the new realities of post-college life. 5. Take your financial aid seriously Know what your financial aid obligations are before, during and after college. Apply for as much assistance as you can get. Research scholarships. Find grants. Apply for loans, Fill out your FAFSA each in every year in a complete and timely fashion. Post-college debt planning doesnt have to consume your every waking moment while your in school. Enjoy your college experience, but make preparations for the costs that you will incur. Once you graduate and get the bill, youll be happy that you did. Tanning Beds for Sale

Thursday, December 27th, 2007

By Ken Marlborough Ranging in price from a $150 to $50,000, tanning beds are available in a vast array of styles for home and commercial use. The most common style is the horizontal bed, followed by the vertical bed or tanning booth. New technological advances are improving these two styles to make them more portable, roomier, and more temperate, as the average bed interior heats up to a hundred degrees Fahrenheit when in use. A third style becoming more and more common, the canopy-style bed moves on a hydraulic arm to accommodate your tanning needs while you kick back in your favorite chair. Finally, there are the solariums, which are small tanning lamps that tan portions of your body at a time. As always, when browsing tanning beds for sale, opt for those that utilize low UVB-to-UVA ratio lamps, and preferably high-pressure lamps, to minimize UV harm to your skin. No matter what youre looking for, whether for home or salon, youll probably find it, as there are hundreds, if not thousands, of particular makes and models of tanning beds for sale. The best place to begin is online. There youll see what the market looks like. Find out what they have to offer within your budget. Start with the industry leaders: ETS, Sunquest and, of course, Wolff. Wolff Tanning Beds Wolff tanning beds are beds that, while manufactured by other companies, use Wolff lamp and reflector technologies. Wolf is commonly considered the industry standard for quality and safety. The name refers to German scientist Friedrich Wolff, who was studying the effects of UV light on athletes when he noticed an interesting effect: tan skin. He knew he had hit the jackpot, and so brought his lamp and reflector technologies to the United States in 1978. He has retained the patent on his systems throughout the entire tanning boom, and Wolff equipment is still used in all the leading tanning beds. Planning the Menu for Your Wedding Reception

Monday, December 24th, 2007

By Mia LeCron When you are planning a budgeted menu, you must first know what your exact budget is when it comes to the food and drink specifically. Some people keep the food and drinks separate, but on average, the food and drink are a part of the same bill. If you can afford the more expensive catering services, then by all means enjoy. However, if you are like most of us, you will likely need a little bit of help in creating a menu that is fitting to your budget. If you are hosting an indoor reception in a hall and plan to have a dinner option, you have to make sure that you accommodate the needs of all of your guests which include vegetarians. You should request that the guests RSVP beforehand so that you can get the right amount of vegetarian plates. The way that you choose to serve the dinners can vary. Here are some tips on how you can choose to serve the guests to make it a bit cheaper for you. You can serve the meals buffet style, with this option you have people forego wedding gifts in favor of bringing a dish You can offer vegetable, fruit an meat platters with dips and crackers instead of foods You can ask each guest to contribute a small amount of money to the reception or to make donations toward the reception rather than buying a gift. You can offer a soup and salad menu rather than a full blown entre Offer a limited bar which means that you offer an open bar only at certain times such as after dinner and during toasting etc. that way your guests arent paying and you wont go broke, the rest of the time offer a cash bar Offer around the world appetizers instead of a meal. This will give you the opportunity to offer fill ups such as crab, shrimp. Etc. as well as casual appetizers like cheese sticks, chicken wings, and mushroom caps etc. the around the world motif will also provide your party with a variety of different tastes. Request that each immediate family member create a dish instead of a present Do not pay for extras like servers, bartenders etc. asking a friend or family member to do it instead as a wedding gift to you Outdoor receptions give you much freedom when choosing your menu because you can serve anything that you want including barbecue, long group submarine sandwiches or pizza. As long as you offer foods that will accommodate both carnivores and vegetarians, you will be fine. You can always find items to suit all of your needs and every budget as long as your budget is reasonable for the amount of people that you are planning to serve. If it doesnt fit, you may have to trim the invite list. Natural Help for Eye Floaters

Monday, December 24th, 2007

By Denice Moffat Do you have any magical cures for eye floaters? A common question Ive heard over the years. Yes and no. Heres what Ive learned: There are no magical cures for floatersonly prevention for making more of them. Floaters are caused by a micro hemorrhage of the blood vessels in the back of the eye–when the bleeding contracts, the blood clot floats within the vitreous humor of the eye. After a time, the body adapts to the floater and is not consciously seen unless the person concentrates to see it. So “they” say. The goal is to strengthen the blood vessels so they wont bruise or rupture. Products that seem to be working the best for the general population include: Zinc Liver Chelate and Chezyn by Standard Process Visual Eyes by Source Naturals Ocu-Guard Plus, which doesn’t work as well as either of the above, but still works well and is usually readily available in most health food stores. Ocu-Guard without the plus doesnt work very well, so dont get that. Rutin, a molecule of vitamin C, which helps to strengthen the connections between the cells to prevent further bruising and bursting of the blood vessels. Rutin is sometimes hard to find, but its really cheap when you find itor you can eat lots of citrus fruit (especially the white part of the rind is high in rutin) or eat lots of buckwheat which is also high in rutin. If you have a zinc deficiency (like most of my clients seem to have) you’ll have lots of other symptoms of that. The same goes for copper deficiency (mostly tendon/ligament problems) here. If you go to my Diet/Nutrition part of the website, you’ll find lots of Best Bet Sources for Zinc and Copper as well as the deficiency signs for those minerals. Heres the link: http://www.naturalhealthtechniques.com/Diet_Nutrition/mineral_best_bet_foods1.htm Other diseases that can predispose a person to floaters are high blood pressure and taking blood thinners and NSAIDS such as aspirin, Tylenol, and even Ginkgo biloba on a regular basis. If you bruise easilyyou also have a predisposition for hemorrhage within the ocular vessels. There is usually a reason for the bruising and high blood pressure. Getting to the core cause of these diseases is just really helpful in preventing all kinds of other problems including the floaters. Everything ties into everything else. Magic cures? No. Prevention? Yes! Dora Mania is Here

Saturday, December 22nd, 2007

By Low Jeremy Are you a cartoon fanatic? If you are, then most probably you know this young Hispanic girl who loves getting herself into exciting adventures. Well, who wouldnt know this girl named Dora Marquez? Every little kid knows her as the lead character in Dora the Explorer cartoon show featured in the Nickelodeon channel. This cartoon show is intended for young viewers and no doubt these youngsters enjoy every moment watching it. It is an educational show that helps the viewers learn how to speak even simple Spanish words since the lead character speaks both English and Spanish. If your children are addicted to this show then more likely theyll beat you in speaking Spanish. You will be amazed on how great these young people are in composing their own sentences in Spanish just by watching the show. You better be one of these Dora fanatics soon if you dont want to be left behind. Shows like this are the ones that young people should watch instead of those that showcase war and cruelty. Parents should support shows like this for their children, not just fun and entertainment but for educational as well. Like any other cartoon show, Dora the Explorer features a lot of characters, not leaving Dora alone in her adventures. One of these characters is Boots, the little girls best friend who is always with her on every adventure that shes into. He is a talking monkey who got his name from the red boots that he wears all the time. In each episode, Swiper, a tricky masked fox tries to take an item from Dora or Boots. Dora and her friends should recover the stolen item for the successful completion of the days quest. The recovery of the stolen item is sometimes the quest in itself so they really have to get the item back to finish the quest. Theres one way that the best friends can prevent the evil fox from stealing something from them, which is to repeat the phrase Swiper, No Swiping! three times. If they fail to do so Swiper will succeed in stealing an item from them and tell them that they are late while throwing the item far away. Other characters include Doras parents whom she calls Papi and Mami and her grandmother. There is also Doras cousin Diego who rescues animals that are at risk and who also accompany her during her quests. Bilingual animals and some talking items complete the list of characters of the show. Dora would often encourage the viewers to participate in her quest, sometimes by asking them if they have seen the evil fox or ask them to count along with her. This is what makes the show really great for children, not just about speaking Spanish is learned but it also allows the little ones to know some fundamentals of mathematics like counting and be familiar with the various kinds of music. In 2000, the Dora the Explorer became a regular show on Nickelodeon and is still being produced there at the present. The show is aired around the world and has been translated to a lot of languages already including Spanish, Japanese, French, German, Dutch and many others. The Dora mania is really spreading all over the globe today so you better check it out now, dont be left behind! If your financial condition remains always good then there is no problem. But its unpredictable. You may face financial crunch. In such a situation, personal loans can help you raise your financial condition. Personal loans are basically of two types: secured personal loan and unsecured personal loan. Secured personal loans: For availing secured personal loans you need to offer collateral as security. Borrowers can place either land, home, etc., as collateral. Secured personal loans are offered at low rate of interest. Borrowers always bear the risk of repossession if there arises any default. But, such a situation seldom exists. Easy installment facility and longer repayment periods are the advantages associated with this loan. Unsecured personal loans need no collateral. Lenders, in absence of collateral offer loans at comparatively high rate of interest. You will be given a short period of time for repayment of loan unlike secured personal loans. You can raise only a small amount of loan. There is no risk of repossession of the property as no collateral is involved. Loan processing and approvals are fast. So, apply for personal loans.
